0 R I G I N A L 9/16/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12892 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF <br /> EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT, STORM DRAIN <br /> EASEMENT, AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br /> AND AUTHORIZING RELINQUISHMENT AND <br /> VACATION OF EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT, <br /> AND INGRESS-EGRESS EASEMENT, STORM <br /> DRAIN EASEMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICE <br /> EASEMENT, AND RELINQUISHMENT OF A <br /> PORTION OF NON-ACCESS LINE; SUMMARILY <br /> VACATING EASEMENTS AND NON-ACCESS <br /> RESTRICTION SUPERCEDED BY RELOCATION <br /> <br /> (210 TO 290 REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with <br />§8330), Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California, this Council may summarily vacate easements and non-access <br />restriction if such easements and non-access restrictions have been superseded <br />by relocation. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain emergency access, storm drain, ingress-egress and <br />public service easements and non-access restriction as shown on Parcel B of <br />that certain map entitled "Parcel Map No. 92-7," which Map was filed for record <br />on February 24, 1993, in Volume 66 of Parcel Maps, at pages 42 through 44, as <br />shown on Records of San Mateo County, are no longer required by public use, <br />provided, that new emergency access storm drain and public service easements <br />are deeded to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of record of the property affected thereby proposes <br />to convey to the City, an emergency access easement, a storm drain easement, <br /> <br />and a public service easement in exchange for the relinquishment and vacation <br />G:~hared\Redwood\Council\ <br />Reso-070 <br />FXS:rg <br />09/09/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
