of emergency access, ingress-egress, storm drain and public service easements <br />and a portion of the non-access restriction to be vacated; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the value of the property interests to be received by the City <br />pursuant to said exchange equals or exceeds the value of the property interests <br />to be vacated; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to accept, on behalf <br />of the City, an emergency access easement, a storm drain easement and a <br />public service easement, in, on, upon, over, and across that certain real property <br />known as Pamel B, as said Parcel is shown on map entitled "Parcel Map No. 92- <br />7, Official Records of San Mateo County, California, and described on Exhibit <br />"A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 2. This Council hereby finds that that certain non-access restriction <br />described on Exhibit "B" and depicted in Exhibit "C" hereof, which Exhibits are <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein has been superseded <br />by relocation, and said restriction is no longer required for public purposes and, <br />therefore, said restriction shall be, and is hereby ordered, vacated. <br /> <br /> 3. This Council hereby authorizes the relinquishment and vacation of the <br />City's interest in an emergency easement, and an ingress-egress easement, <br />storm drain easement and public service easement, in, on, upon, over, and <br />across that certain real property known as Parcel B, as said Parcel is shown on <br /> <br />G:~hared\Redwood\Council\ <br />Reso-070 <br />FXS:rg <br />09/09/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
