DES :djv 07/16/96 (019/42) <br /> -~ 0 R I G I N A L -~ 8/26/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 12883 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR BUILDING AND <br /> MISCELLANEOUS PERMITS; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 10712 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10712, adopted February <br />1, 1988, this City Council adopted procedures and a fee schedule <br /> <br />for building and miscellaneous permit fees; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Community Development Director has determined <br />that the fees adopted by said Resolution No. 10712 are <br />insufficient to cover the costs to the City for providing the <br />services for which such fees are charged, and has proposed <br />revisions thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 66016, the <br />Community Development Department made available to the public <br />data indicating the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required <br />to provide the services for which the proposed fees will be <br />charged and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the <br />services, including general fund revenues; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council considered said proposed fees and the <br /> aforesaid fiscal data at a regularly scheduled public meeting and <br /> duly noticed public hearing on August 26, 1996, notice of which <br /> was mailed to interested parties who had requested such notice at <br /> least 14 days prior to said meeting and hearing together with a <br /> general explanation of the matter to be considered thereat; and <br /> WHEREAS, upon consideration of the recommendation of the <br /> Community Development Director that said revised fees be adopted, <br /> and upon consideration of the aforesaid fiscal data, this Council <br /> <br /> <br />
