No such permit shall be issued unless the applicant <br />complies with the provisions of the Contractors License Law and <br />Section 3800 of the Labor Code regarding workers' compensation <br />insurance certification. <br /> <br /> The applicant shall pay a plan review fee (when required) <br />and a permit fee to the Building Official for each required <br />permit. The plan review fee shall be paid prior to the plan <br />review by the City. The permit fee shall be submitted prior to <br />the issuance of the permit for the aforementioned construction <br />activities. <br /> <br /> 3. This Council does hereby adopt those fees set forth in <br /> Table No. l-A, labeled "Building Permit Fees"; Table No. l-B, <br /> labeled "Mechanical Permit Fees"; Table No. l-C, labeled <br /> "Plumbing Permit Fees"; and Table No. l-D, labeled "Electrical <br /> Permit Fees", all of which are attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 4. Resolution No. 10712 entitled, "Resolution Adopting Fee <br /> Schedule for Building and Miscellaneous Permit; and Amending <br /> Resolution No. 8227", adopted February 1, 1988, is hereby <br /> rescinded upon the operative date hereof. <br /> <br /> 5. This resolution shall be effective upon adoption and <br /> shall be operative 60 days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
