EXHIBIT "B" <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />For each comprehensive executive level recruitment in the first and second year of this <br />Agreement, the City will pay Consultant a flat fee of $19,000, billable in four equal <br />installments of $4,750 upon completion of each Phase as outlined in Exhibit A. For <br />each comprehensive executive level recruitment in the third year of this Agreement, the <br />City will pay Consultant a flat fee of $19,570, billable in four equal installments of <br />$4,892.50 upon completion of each Phase. The flat fee does not include expenses. <br />Reimbursable expenses will not exceed $8,500 for each executive level recruitment and <br />will be billed as incurred. Reimbursable expenses include marketing and advertising <br />costs, administrative support, report supplies, printing/copying, postage and delivery <br />charges, as well as recruiter travel related to client meetings and interviews. Marketing <br />and advertising costs normally encompass about 65-75 percent of the expense budget. <br />The City will pay Consultant a flat fee of $5,000 for each Targeted Recruitment, <br />Marketing and Advertising Campaign Design, and Background and Reference Check <br />Service.
