• Marketing and Advertising Campaign Design — Consultant shall design and <br />execute an advertising campaign for a recruitment, and shall produce and <br />distribute a recruitment brochure (traditional & electronic mail). <br />• Background and Reference Check - <br />Additional Placement - An additional placement occurs when the City selects <br />more than one outstanding candidate from a single recruitment to benefit the <br />organization in a different capacity. Consultant shall conduct a background <br />and reference check for each additional candidate placed under the <br />Additional Placement services. <br />III. LEAD CONSULTANT/PRIMARY CONTACT <br />Teri Black may serve as the lead consultant and primary contact for the recruitments. <br />Bradley Wardle (Senior Recruiter) and Consultant's support staff may also be engaged <br />in the successful completion of any recruitment. <br />IV.
