EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall provide comprehensive recruitment services for the City on an as - <br />needed basis. <br />I. Comprehensive Executive Level Recruitment <br />Consultant's services will include the following for each comprehensive executive level <br />recruitment, and will be based upon the needs of the City for the particular recruitment: <br />Phase I: <br />• Create an ideal candidate profile in consultation with the City; <br />• Design and execute an advertising campaign; <br />Phase II: <br />• Produce and distribute recruitment brochure (traditional & electronic mail); <br />• Conduct extensive personal outreach; <br />Phase III: <br />• Conduct screening interviews; <br />• Develop and deliver a written report to the City, highlighting the results of the <br />recruitment and subsequent screening interviews; <br />Phase IV: <br />• Design and facilitate candidate interviews with the City; <br />• Conduct background and reference checks of top candidate(s); <br />• Assist the City with final selection deliberations; <br />• Assist with negotiations and transition details; and <br />• Provide up to two (2) onsite visits for the purpose of meeting with City and <br />facilitating panel interviews and selection deliberation. <br />II.
