If Redwood City needs additional reports developed, a <br />change order may be required for additional project funds. <br />Together, Redwood City and TruePoint Project Management will determine the best approach for the purpose <br />of report development and training. <br />TruePoint Responsibilities <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to Redwood City's request for information. <br />• Creation of report documentation which includes identification and analysis of Redwood City specific <br />reports. <br />• Report development. <br />• Assign and schedule appropriate TruePoint resources. <br />Redwood City Responsibilities <br />• Allocate the time for qualified business experts for the report specifications. <br />• -fest TruePoint-created reports. <br />• Optionally, allocate report development time for qualified Redwood City personnel that are proficient <br />in writing reports. <br />• Ensure that city -created reports are developed accurately and to specification. <br />Phase 8: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) <br />Duration: Approximately 12 Weeks — IOD Hours <br />Definition: <br />This deliverable is defined as the consultation and support provided by TruePoint during the User Acceptance <br />Testing (UAT) Period. User Acceptance Testing will be conducted throughout the project lifecycle as <br />configuration, conversion and interfaces are developed and implemented. <br />TruePoint Responsibilities <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to Redwood City's request for information. <br />• Assign and schedule appropriate TruePoint resources. <br />• Provide UAT support and oversight. <br />• Facilitate UAT completion. <br />Redwood City Responsibilities <br />• Make available the appropriate Redwood City key users and content experts to participate in User <br />Acceptance Testing as defined and managed by Redwood City. <br />• Communicate any issues found in the acceptance testing to Redwood City management and TruePoint. <br />• Make sure that TruePoint has remote network access for reviewing and troubleshooting any issues <br />found by Redwood City. <br />Phase 9: End User Training <br />Duration: Approximately 100 Hours <br />Definition: <br />INVAIL1PADVJWV <br />Page 17 of 64 <br />RFP Requirements Page 17 <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.106[TruePoint TrueBill Utility Billing System 29 <br />
