Waterfluence — TruePoint will configure an export using our standard Import/Export Companion which will allow monthly reporting of irrigation account information to Waterfluence. 10. Smart Energy Water (SEW) — Bi-directional interface using TruePoint's standard Import/Export Companion. 11. Hyperweb — Bi-directional interface using TruePoint's standard Import/Export Companion 12. Recology— Bi-directional interface usi ng TruePoint's standard Import/Export Companion. 13. Work Management — TruePoint will work with Redwood City's technical team to develop a bi- directional integration with their existing work management system, Hiperweb. 14. Cashiering — TruePoint will work with Redwood City's technical team to develop a bi-directional integration with their existing Legacy Systems Cashiering system or Core BT Cashiering system, whichever is being used at the time of TrueBill implementation. CoreBT is the cashiering system being implemented as part of the new ERF expected to go -live in July 2020. Should the Core BT Cashiering system go live after the TruePoint project completes and require a different integration (method or file type), a change order would be required for the additional effort. Although it is acceptable for the integration with the current cashiering system to be batch updated, intervals to be determined, the integration with Core BT must be real-time. 15. Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) — Bi-directional integration between TrueBill and the ESRI ArcGIS system. TruePoint Responsibilities • Provide timely and appropriate responses to Redwood City's request for information. • Assign and schedule appropriate TruePoint resources. • Lead the development of the interfaces. • Develop interface specifications documents. • Assist Redwood City in troubleshooting any Issues found In the functional testing of the interfaces. Redwood City Responsibilities • Provide timely and appropriate responses to TruePoint's request for information. • Oversee the functional testing of the interfaces. • Allocate the time for qualified personnel to test and verify the interfaces. • Allocate the time for qualified business and technical experts for the interface requirements sessions that are critical to the project success. Phase 7: Report Development Duration: Approximately 3 Weeks — 320 Flours Definition: This service consists of TruePoint consultation for Report Development. Reports are an integral part of the TruePoint solution. There are limited hours for Report Development (includes requirements, design, development, testing). For standard accounting and usage tracking, TruePoint will provide ample standard "off the shelf" reports as described in Exhibit E TrueBill Standard Reports.
