Relocation or Removal. If the PDD Permit, PDD Operations, or any portion thereof, is found to be in conflict with (a) existing or proposed activities or uses, or (b) with facilities or improvements owned, maintained, or operated by City (whether any instances under (a) or (b) known or unknown as of the Date of Agreement), then, upon written demand of the City Manager, Permittee shall remove and/or relocate the PDD Operations in such a way as to eliminate the conflict. 10. Notice. All notices required hereunder shall be in writing and mailed postage prepaid by certified or registered first class United States mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or by personal delivery to City's address as shown below, or such other places as City or Permittee may, from time to time, respectively, designate in a written notice given to the other.
