Adopt a resolution making a portion of Hopkins Avenue a temporary one-way <br />street for the period of the Hopkins Traffic Calming Pilot Project. <br />2. By motion, approve the contract documents and award the standard form <br />contract for the Hopkins Traffic Calming Pilot Project to Golden Bay <br />Construction of Hayward, California for their responsive and responsible total <br />bid (base bid and two additive alternate bid items) in the amount of <br />$161,568.50; and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, <br />if necessary, up to 10% above the contract amount. <br />Page 4 of 9 <br />
