Approve claims and checks from April 22 - May 6 and the usual and necessary <br />payments through May 6, 2019 (303) MO 19-084 <br />7. BOARD, COMMISSION AND COMMITTEEE REPORTS PAGE 123 <br />7.A. Proposed Architectural Advisory Committee Work Plan for FY 2018-2019 and <br />FY 2019-2020 (209) MO 19-086 <br />Staff liaison and Associate Planner Apollo Rojas introduced the item. <br />Committee Chair John Spotorno and Vice Chair Marc Pfenninger presented the <br />work plan. <br />Recommendation: <br />Review, discuss, and approve by motion the proposed Architectural Advisory <br />Committee Work Plan. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion/second Howard/Aguirre to approve the Architectural Advisory <br />Committee Work Plan for FY 2018-2019 and FY 2019-2020. The motion passes <br />5-0 by electronic vote with Councilmembers Borgens and Hale absent. <br />8. PUBLIC HEARING PAGE 129 <br />8.A. Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and <br />HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program - Fiscal Year 2019-2020 <br />(FY19/20) (454 and 304) RESO 15754 and MO 19-087 <br />Grants Specialist Cindy Avila made a presentation. <br />Mayor Bain opened the Public Hearing. There were no public speakers. <br />Motion/second Masur/Howard to close the public hearing passes 5-0 by voice <br />vote with Councilmembers Borgens and Hale absent. <br />Recommendation: <br />Page 5 of 9 <br />
