On April 8, 2019, City Council approved a three-year agreement with <br />OpenGov for their budgeting and planning, organizational performance, and citizen engagement tools. <br />On May 6, 2019, City Council approved a five-year agreement with TruePoint for their utility billing <br />solution. <br />At this time, staff is recommending that CherryRoad be awarded a five-year agreement for <br />implementation and support services, Software -as -a -Service (SaaS) licensing, of the Oracle Fusion Cloud <br />platform suite for Financial and Human Capital Management, and licenses for associated third party tools. <br />The agreement consists of implementation services in the amount of $2,568,806, third party <br />tools/services (CoreBT Cashiering and ADP tax reporting solutions) in the amount of $342,692, and a flat <br />five-year Oracle licensing agreement in the amount of $1,977,570, for a total contract amount of <br />$4,889,068 for a comprehensive financial, payroll, and human resources system. CherryRoad is the <br />implementer and support provider of the Oracle system software, Oracle Fusion Cloud. <br />ANALYSIS <br />CherryRoad Technologies Inc. is a leading provider of Oracle application services dedicated almost <br />exclusively to public sector organizations. They have more than 25 years of experience implementing <br />Oracle enterprise solutions to more than 500 public agencies, including many cities and counties in and <br />outside of California. CherryRoad is headquartered in New Jersey and has offices in Sacramento. <br />CherryRoad's presence in California has many benefits, including eliminating issues with time zone <br />differences and lower travel costs when on-site support is required. CherryRoad is an Oracle certified <br />Platinum Partner, with 90 percent of staff being Oracle certified. CherryRoad has been recognized by <br />Oracle on several occasions for their outstanding work, including the 2017 Public Sector Innovation <br />Partner of the Year for North America, and Oracle's North American Titan Award. <br />Of the four vendors that provided bids for ERP solutions, (CherryRoad, Graviton Consulting, Sierra -Cedar, <br />and Triniti Corporation), CherryRoad was determined to be the most capable integrator.
