6.A. - Page 4 of 21 <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN <br />THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD CITY 2020 <br />This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the day of , 2019 by and <br />between the Redwood City School District ("RCSD"), and the City of Redwood City, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California acting as fiscal agent for REDWOOD <br />CITY 2020 ("CONTRACTOR"), a community collaborative that coordinates the delivery of <br />services to children, youth and families living in the City of Redwood City and North Fair Oaks, <br />an unincorporated area adjacent to Redwood City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SERVICES: in consideration of the payments hereinafter set forth, CONTRACTOR shall <br />perform services for RCSD in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set <br />forth herein: <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide: <br />Professional services to support the Redwood City School District's Chan <br />Zuckerberg Initiative project requirements. <br />Scope of services: <br />CONTRACTOR will undertake capacity building, professional development, and <br />backbone support, engage a community consultant, join a cradle to career network <br />of professionals, perform data analysis, and provide high quality family <br />engagement services as defined in the deliverables below. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Undertake capacity building, professional development, and backbone <br />support for community school staff and partners <br />• Engage a community consultant from a nationally recognized organization <br />to implement a Theory of Change model that moves seamlessly at every level of <br />work <br />• Join a nationally recognized cradle to career network of professionals <br />• Perform data analysis focused on capturing impact of RCSD Community <br />Schools and the RWC2020 Pipeline of Success, and increase partners' capacity to <br />use data for learning, improvement, and alignment <br />• Expand and maximize high quality family engagement to improve student's <br />academic achievement <br />2.
