6.F. - Page 56 of 180 <br />4.0 <br />4.1 Project Team Organization <br />4.1.1 Joint Project Governance Organizational Chart <br />The graphic below depicts the joint City (green) and CherryRoad (red) project team organization chart. <br />Core Project Team <br />4.1.2 City Project Roles <br />• Executive Sponsor— This individual is ultimately the champion of the project for the City. The <br />Executive Sponsor advocates for the project at the highest level in the City and in the <br />Community, and serves as an escalation point if the Project Management Team requires a <br />decision or reach an impasse. <br />• Project Management Team— This team is comprised of the Information Technology Manager, <br />Financial Services Manager, and ASD Administrative Assistant. The team members are the <br />City's primary contact on the project and are responsible for providing an overall framework for <br />the project scope, identifying needed resources, contract negotiations, setting and tracking <br />milestones, authorizing payments, keeping project focused and on schedule, risk assessment <br />and risk mitigation, and overall successful implementation of the system within budget and <br />timeline. The team plans and approves the project activities with both the City and CherryRoad <br />Project Managers. <br />• Steering Committee — The team is comprised of the Project Management Team and <br />representatives from the Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology divisions. <br />Members of this team will be called upon to provide leadership and input on key decisions and <br />core business processes throughout the project.
