6.F. - Page 57 of 180 <br />in the organization through various means of communication with staff and other stakeholders, <br />as well as providing updates to the Executive Sponsor. <br />• Project Advisor — This individual is the City's consultant, assisting in all efforts, phases, and <br />parts of the project through implementation. The Project Advisor provides leadership and <br />supporting key decisions and core business processes throughout the project. <br />• Power Users— Similar to the Steering Committee, The Power Users group directly impacted by <br />business functions within the system are included in various aspects of the project for input into <br />core business process definitions and assist with the training plan and change management <br />plan, through implementation and after. <br />4.1.3 CherryRoad Project Roles <br />• Executive Sponsor — This individual is ultimately the owner of the project. The Executive <br />Sponsor approves tollgates and project completion, advocates for the project at the highest level <br />in the company as well as serves as an escalation point if the teams planning and executing the <br />project require a decision or reach an impasse. <br />• Engagement Manager (EM) — Under the guidance of the Executive Sponsor the EM supports <br />the Project Management team in achieving resolution of issues, mitigation of risks, and decisions <br />on Change Orders. The EM participates in Executive and Steering Committee meetings to <br />review progress and provides budgetary oversight. <br />• Project Manager — Under the guidance of the Executive Sponsor and Engagement Manager, <br />the CherryRoad Project Manager works with CherryRoad resources to plan, coordinate, oversee <br />and manage the overall execution of the project implementation to ensure delivery of contractual <br />deliverables and milestones. <br />• Technical Team — This team is comprised of the technical groups from CherryRoad and will be <br />assigned based on project requirements and plan. <br />• Functional Team — This team is comprised of functional business area leads and specialists. <br />EXHIBIT STATEMENT OF WORK <br />ATTY/AGR/2019.118/CHERRYROAD ERP IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES <br />REV: 05-13-19 PR Page 49 of 172 <br />A-35 <br />164 <br />
