P06 Production Cutover Plan <br />The definitions for each of the six (6) Project Management Implementation Track <br />deliverables/milestones are included below. <br />Number: P01 M <br />Name: Initial Project Startup <br />Stage: 1 - Planning & Discovery <br />Track: 1- Project Management <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: The P01 Initial Project Startup milestone marks the start of Phase 1. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a single P01 Initial Project Startup milestone completed <br />during Phase 1. The deliverable will not be repeated in Phases 2 and 3. <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Participate and support the project kick-off <br />• Lead the logistics and scheduling of the kick-off meeting <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Updating the project schedule to reflect the completion of the milestone <br />• Facilitating a project kick-off meeting with the Core Project Team and relevant stakeholders <br />• Create the slideshow and/or project kick-off materials for the kick-off meeting <br />Acceptance Criteria: The milestone will be achieved when the CherryRoad team begins working on the <br />Stage 1- Planning & Discovery deliverables and the project kick-off meeting is complete. <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1.
