6.F. - Page 179 of 180 <br />ATTACHMENT E <br />GATEWAY SERVICES CONNECTION <br />CORE Responsibilities <br />a. CORE will implement credit/debit card processing to the Managed Services Gateway (an <br />iPayment certified integrated credit card gateway). <br />b. CORE will implement electronic check processing to the Customer's designated bank. <br />c. CORE will configure merchant and bank information in accordance with the Managed Services <br />Gateway implementation guide with merchant and bank information. <br />2. Customer Responsibilities. <br />a. Customer is responsible for setting up and managing the merchant banking and credit card <br />accounts and all associated costs and gateway fees. <br />b. Customer will comply with the rules and regulations governing electronic check (ACH) <br />transactions as published from time to time by the National Automated Clearing House <br />Association. Customer will also comply with the rules, policies and procedures of the payment <br />card issuers. Should Customer be notified by CORE in writing that it is not in compliance with <br />such rules, regulations, policies and procedures, Customer will comply within ninety (90) days of <br />receipt of such written notification. If Customer does not or is unable to comply, CORE may <br />terminate this portion of its Services in accordance with the Agreement. <br />3. Termand Termination.
