6.F. - Page 180 of 180 <br />ATTACHMENT F <br />MINIMUM HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS <br />COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS <br />PCs should have the following minimum configuration: <br />- 1 GHz Core 2 Duo (or better) <br />- MS Windows 7 or higher <br />- 1GB RAM <br />- USB Ports (recommend min. of 4 per PC) <br />- Monitor with 1024 x 768 or greater <br />Operating System/Software Environment <br />Workstation must be running Internet Explorer version 11.0 or higher and Microsoft.Net <br />Framework 4.5.2 installed (if the peripheral package is installed) <br />All workstations will be installed with appropriate peripheral drivers and Microsoft ActiveX <br />controls if needed for proper peripheral functions (i.e. CORE provided receipt printers, card <br />readers, pin pad, barcode readers, etc.). <br />Payment Gateway Connectivity for the Mx915 credit card device for POS card <br />processing <br />Client firewall must allow both incoming and outgoing accessthrough ports 5015 and 5016 for <br />communication to the peripheral service and MVx915. <br />The following sites need to be accessible through the firewall to complete connection to all <br />required gateway services: <br />Device level online monitoring service - used to monitor the connection status of the <br />MX915, pull log files and push updates as needed. <br />https://vhq.verifone.com/MessagingServer/MessageHandler.asmx <br />The IP for the above URL is 199.71.107.160 <br />Production URLS: <br />https://prodl.ipcharge2.net/ipchapi/rh.aspx <br />https://prodl.ipcharge.net/ipchapi/rh.aspx <br />These are the main and backup URL's for the payment gateway.
