7.A. - Page 28 of 141 Impact US -6: Implementation of the Project would not result in a determination by the wastewater treatment provider which serves or may serve the project that it does not have adequate capacity to serve the project's projected demand in addition to the provider's existing commitments. Impact US -7: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to wastewater service. Impact US -8: The Project would be served by a landfill with sufficient permitted capacity to accommodate the Project's solid waste disposal needs. Impact US -9: Implementation of the Project would comply with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations related to solid waste. Impact US -10: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to solid waste service. Impact US -11: Implementation of the Project would not require or result in the construction of new stormwater drainage facilities or expansion of existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental effects. Impact US -12: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to stormwater infrastructure. Impact US -13: Implementation of the Project would not result in a substantial increase in natural gas and electrical service demands, and would not require new energy supply facilities and transmission infrastructure or capacity enhancing alterations to existing facilities. Impact US -14: Implementation of the Project would not result in inefficient, wasteful, and unnecessary energy consumption. Impact US -15: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to energy conservation. B. Findings Regarding Potentially Significant Impacts. The following potential environmental impacts of the Broadway Plaza Project were determined to be potentially significant and to require mitigation measures to avoid their effects or to reduce their severity, as set forth in Chapter 4 of the DEIR, as incorporated into the EIR. The City Council concurs with the conclusions in the DEIR, as incorporated into the EIR, and makes the following findings with respect to such potentially significant impacts. 1. Air Quality Impact AQ -2a: Without the implementation of the Air District's best management practices, uncontrolled fugitive dust (PM 10 and PM2.5) could expose areas that are downwind of the project site to air pollution from construction activities.
