Prorating of Short-term Rental registration Fees - The City provides proration of short-term rental <br />registration fees based on its fiscal year (July through June) as follows: <br />a. Registration occurs after September 30 of one year and before April 1 of the following year, the fee <br />will be reduced by twenty-five percent (25%), <br />b.
