- Phasing <br />This will be a multi -phase project with occupancy not occurring until <br />2023 at the earliest. <br />Work on Bay Block including site preparation. <br />Demolition and Site Remediation on the Broadway Block will take <br />approximately one year to complete. Utility relocation will happen <br />during this time. <br />3. CVS building is completed and CVS moves to new location. <br />4.
