DES:dj¥ 08/09/96 (061/39) <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Sequoia Analytical, <br />providing for the aforesaid services, a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />Sequoia Analytical, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to the unsuccessful bidder, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br />securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> <br />
