05/20/2019 4. Biological Resources. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts on biological resources are based on the analyses on pages 4.3-7 to 4.3-11 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact BR -2: Implementation of the Project would not have a substantial adverse effect on any riparian habitat or other sensitive natural community identified in local or regional plans, policies, regulations, or by the California Department of Fish & Wildlife or the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. Impact BR -3: Implementation of the Project would not have a substantial adverse effect on federally protected wetlands as defined by Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (including, but not limited to, marsh, vernal pool, coastal, etc.) through direct removal, filling, hydrological interruption, or other means. Impact BR -5: Project development would not conflict with any local policies or ordinances protecting biological resources, such as a tree preservation policy or ordinance. Impact BR -6: Project development would not conflict with the provisions of an adopted Habitat Conservation Plan, Natural Community Conservation Plan, or other approved local, regional, or state habitat conservation plan. Impact BR -7: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to biological resources. 5. Cultural Resources. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts on cultural resources are based on the analyses on pages 4.4-9 to 4.4-13 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact CR -1: Implementation of the Project would not cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical resource as defined in CEQA Guidelines Section 15064.5. Impact CR -6: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to cultural resources and Tribal Cultural Resources. 6. Geology, Soils and Seismicity. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to geology, soils and seismicity are based on the analyses on pages 4.5-9 to 4.5-13 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact GS -1: Implementation of the Project would not exacerbate hazards from surface rupture of a known earthquake fault, strong seismic ground shaking, seismic -related ground failure, or landslides. Impact GS -2: Implementation of the Project would not result in substantial soil erosion or loss of topsoil. Impact GS -4: Implementation of the Project would not create substantial risks to life or property as a result of its location on expansive soil, as defined in Table 18- 1-B of the Uniform Building Code.
