The DEIR is available on <br />the City's website (https://www.redwoodcity.org/city-hall/current-projects/development- <br />projects?id=61) and can be reviewed in hard copy at City Hall and the Redwood City Downtown <br />Library. <br />Following the completion of the public review period, the City reviewed all comments <br />received on the DEIR and prepared a Final Environmental Impact Report (the "FEIR"). The FEIR, <br />which incorporates by reference the DEIR, includes all comments received during the public <br />review period, responses to those comments, and also describes any changes to the DEIR that <br />resulted from the comments received. All persons who commented on the DEIR have been <br />notified of the availability of the FEIR and the date of the public hearing on the Project before the <br />City Council, and all responses to comments submitted on the DEIR by public agencies have been <br />provided to those agencies at least 10 days prior to the City Council hearing. <br />Section 21081.6 of CEQA requires lead agencies to adopt a mitigation monitoring or <br />reporting program ("MMRP") for any project for which it has made mitigation findings pursuant <br />to Section 21081. The City has prepared an MMRP for the Project, which MMRP has been made <br />available to the public with the DEIR and the FEIR. <br />The EIR that is the subject of these Findings and presented for City Council certification <br />consists of the DEIR, the FEIR, and the MMRP. <br />The City and responsible agency approvals necessary for implementation of the Project <br />are: <br />_ <br />Permits/Approval <br />-Jurisdiction_ <br />Certification of the EIR and adoption of the MMRP <br />Architectural Permit for the building and site design <br />Planned Development Permit for and parking reduction <br />Use Permit for retail over 2,500 square feet and alcohol sales at the CVS Pharmacy on <br />City of Redwood City <br />Bay Block <br />Vesting Tentative Map for subdivision <br />Affordable Housing Plan for provision of affordable housing as an alternative to the <br />payment of the City's housing impact fee <br />Amendment of the City's Recycled. Water Service Area to serve the Bay Block <br />Encroachment permit for any work or improvements within the State right-of-way along <br />Caltrans <br />Woodside Road <br />Acceptance of one remainder parcel in fee_____ <br />Regional Water Quality Control <br />Review and approval of successful Remedial Action Plan (RAP) completion to address <br />Board (RWQCB) <br />contamination on the Broadway, Block and Bay Block <br />The EIR was prepared to meet all applicable CEQA requirements necessary to support these <br />actions by the City Council and the responsible agencies. <br />III.
