Fxhihif "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE I. Scope of Services Sewer Countv Tax Roll Implementation Consultant shall develop all workflow enhancements in the TrueBill application to facilitate the City's ability to collect sewer charges on the County tax rolls, as detailed below: a. Consultant shall develop a report/export file to be reviewed in Excel that contains the active service locations that are `Single Family' and have the new bill type of `Sewer Billed by County'. This report shall also calculate the sewer amount based upon the rate identified in the bill type's charge type. This report shall include the following columns: Parcel #, Service Location #, Current Account's Customer Name, Current Account's Customer Bill To Address, Service Class, Amount, County Data (Organization Code[4]+ Parcel[8] + Amount[8], fixed length and no decimal). b. Consultant shall alter the existing bill output program to handle the new message that sewer charges are now assessed by the county for two billing periods after the transition date of June 30th and then revert back to the default message. This message will override the existing default message on the bill only for customers with the `Sewer Billed by County' bill type and does not show on any other notice. The new message will be added to the existing `Messages' billing cycle. The new message will show on the bill after the transition and not before. c. Consultant shall write a one-time SQL to update the existing `single family' accounts so that they stop getting billed in TrueBill. This is accomplished by setting the Service To Date to `6/30/21' and adding the new bill type `Sewer Billed by County.' By setting this date, when calculating bills for the 4th billing period (May to July), the sewer charge will be prorated. d. Consultant shall write a scheduled program to remove the `Sewer' bill type and the related service from those service locations that have a Service To Date (6/30) and then add the new bill type `Sewer Billed By County' to the service location and the service to the installed meter. A log entry shall be created when the change is made. This program will need to run in June/July after the 4th billing period is complete and affect only those service locations that were billed their final sewer charge by Redwood City. e. On the Account Inquire screen and when showing the Sewer service and when there is a Service To Date, Consultant shall configure the application to present text that says that this service ends on this date.
