f. When the new bill type `Sewer Billed By County' is added to the service location, <br />it shall show in the Account Inquire screen. No charges will be calculated and no <br />cost will appear either. <br />g. Consultant shall write the one-time SQL and the scheduled program/process <br />flexible so that the report can be run on -demand to mimic as if it were July 1St for <br />testing purposes. At the City's discretion and approval, to test these items, the <br />Consultant may instead assist and coordinate with the City to update the date of <br />the server to mimic as if it were July 1St <br />At the discretion and approval of the City, minor changes to the details above may be <br />authorized to improve the workflow. Consultant shall complete all initial development work <br />by April 30, 2021 for City review and testing. After testing has been completed by City <br />staff, the Consultant shall complete any required final development work to the <br />satisfaction of the City into the production environment by May 31, 2021. <br />Backflow Prevention Field Insaector Portal Implementation <br />At the City's request, Consultant shall perform all actions to implement the Backflow <br />Prevention Field Inspector Portal ("Portal"), as described below: <br />a. Consultant shall perform all theme changes to the Portal, which include and is not <br />limited to logo and color changes. <br />b. Consultant shall install the portal on the appropriate server (TrueVCP installed in <br />the public server and TrueVCPServices on the TrueBill server). <br />c. Consultant shall provide all analysis and configuration work to implement the <br />Portal. City staff shall provide guidance, as needed. <br />d. Following analysis and configuration changes but prior to installation, Consultant <br />shall present and walkthrough the Portal with City staff, particularly how to use the <br />Portal and make configuration changes, and shall revise its configuration as <br />needed based on City feedback. <br />e. Once the portal has been installed, Consultant shall train Redwood City staff on <br />how to make any minor configuration changes and use the Portal. <br />II. Fee and Payment Schedule <br />a.
