EXHIBIT B INDUSTRY STANDARDS Industry standards require that service and merchandise shall meet standards generally acceptable to the Industrial Laundry Industry. These standards include: 1. Regular pick-up and delivery: pick-up and delivery will be made on a regular schedule and will occur at the same approximate time and day each week, except by mutual agreement to allow for special deliveries and holidays. 2. A receipt to be left for the merchandise picked up. 3. Weekly reporting of shortages and corrections with timely attention to correction. 4. Cleaning of garments to maintain standards of quality for merchandise specified into job category — Perfect, Stock, or Utility. 5. Replacement of garments to maintain standard of quality for merchandise specified in job category — Perfect, Stock, or Utility. 6. Repairs of garments to be made promptly as to maintain standard of quality for merchandise specified in a job category — Perfect, Stock, or Utility. 7. Clothing to be pressed to produce a finish to maintain the standard of quality for each job category. Following is an explanation of garment class: • Perfect garments: which may or may not be new. No stains, mends, repairs (except interior or pocket reinforcing) or discoloration. Used for those customers who meet the public, supervisory personnel, and those who are in general manufacturing and allied industries where the risk of damage would be slight • Stock garments: Light stains, light mends. No spots noticeable from more than five feet, no repairs greater than 1 '/2 inches in length, no more than five small repairs per pair. May have some color lost through age and may have lost some body or shape. • Utility garments. Stains and mends, little life left. Repairs up to five inches in length. May have permanent stains.
