EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEES <br />Consultant shall provide the following services under the direction of the Deputy City <br />Manager or Economic Development Manager or City Manager: <br />1. Review existing and recommend any new City policies that will facilitate retail <br />development and businesses in the Downtown and City. <br />2. Provide any relevant industry and market information (studies, demographics, <br />economic, comparative market data) as needed to facilitate and promote retail <br />development in these areas. <br />3. As directed, review plans for proposed mixed use developments in the City that <br />include retail space to ensure it is designed to meet the needs of retail and <br />restaurant tenants. Consultant shall provide a one or two page summary of <br />findings and recommendations for each project that is reviewed. <br />4. Provide other related retail professional services as mutually agreed upon. <br />5.
