• Reviewing automated File Loader and Spreadsheet Loader processes and template prepared <br />by CherryRoad. <br />• Extracting required interface data from legacy systems and populating the interface <br />spreadsheets and/or creating a file in the format desired by the File Loader processes. <br />• Processing a data extract created by CherryRoad and handling all outbound interface <br />requirements to legacy applications. <br />• Assisting CherryRoad in testing all interfaces. <br />• Completing all data cleansing needed for interfaces. <br />• Conducting interface reconciliation and verification. <br />2.8 Conversion Development <br />During Stage 2 — Configuration & Prototypes, the project team will review the City's conversion <br />requirements as listed in Exhibit B to the Agreement during the F03 Gap Analysis effort. <br />The City reserves the right to determine the number of years of historical data that will be <br />converted and integrated for use in the Solution, subject to the limitations of the Software. The <br />City will be responsible for properly formatting historical data and validating it for use in the <br />database for the Solution. The inclusion of historical data up to the number of years specified for <br />each module or data type below will be included in the fees payable to CherryRoad set forth in <br />Exhibit F, subject to the responsibilities of City set forth above. CherryRoad has proposed project <br />timelines that are an important driver to this project. As they are a driver and if historical <br />conversion were to impact the project timelines a Change Order would be initiated. <br />CherryRoad's approach to conversion is to convert current information into Oracle to enable go <br />forward processing.
