4.2 Implementation Staffing Plan <br />4.2.1 CherryRoad Staffing <br />The table below includes the CherryRoad project team positions and planned participation by <br />month. This staffing plan represents an estimate of effort based upon the requirements as <br />defined in this Statement of Work. The CherryRoad Project Manager will adjust CherryRoad <br />project team member participation as required through the completion of the project. <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, no additional fees or reduction in fees will be applied for increases <br />or decreases in staffing unless there is an applicable Change Order. <br />If the City has reasonable cause to be dissatisfied with the conduct or behavior of any of the <br />CherryRoad staff, contractors or subcontractors, then at the City's written request, CherryRoad <br />will provide a replacement person with equivalent or better qualifications. Specific onsite participation will be determined <br />with the development of the project schedule. Knowledge transfer will be done onsite. <br />• Remote -The center of excellence positions will participate in the project remotely for the time <br />periods listed in the CherryRoad staffing plan.
