This is a fixed fee based on the Services <br />described in this Statement of Work and no additional fees will be payable to CherryRoad without <br />an applicable Change Order. <br />15.1 Payment Schedule I <br />The payment schedule is attached to the Agreement as Exhibit F and is shown by month and <br />major functionality. Each of the implementation fees will be driven by a Status Report prepared <br />by CherryRoad. Fifty percent (50%) of the retainage held against CherryRoad fees will be <br />released after the F09 - Complete Production Support deliverable is approved Phase 1 and <br />Phase 2, and all remaining retainage will be released after the F09 - Complete Production <br />Support deliverable is approved for Phase 3. <br />The yearly software fees will increase two percent annually after year six. <br />5.2 Additional Services <br />The City can use the rate card below to for additional services not in the monthly -based payment <br />schedule.
