Number: P02 <br />Name: Project Management Plan <br />Stage: 1 - Planning & Discovery <br />I Track: 1 - Project Management <br />Type: Deliverable <br />Description: The P02 Project Management Plan deliverable will be a collaboratively created <br />document representing the standard tasks and activities required of the project team to work <br />effectively and efficiently to complete the project. <br />The P02 Project Management Plan deliverable contains the following project management processes. <br />1. Scope management plan <br />2. Schedule management plan <br />3. Quality management plan <br />4. Human resources management plan (including RACI - Responsibilities Matrix) <br />S. Communications management plan <br />6. Issues management plan <br />7. Risk management plan <br />8. Document management plan <br />9. Change Request management/approval plan <br />10. Knowledge Transfer Plan <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a single P02 Project Management Plan deliverable completed <br />during Phase 1, which will apply to all phases of the project. The deliverable will not be repeated in Phases <br />2 and 3. <br />Format: Microsoft Word <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Provide input for deliverable <br />• Attend deliverable review meetings <br />• Approve deliverable <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Create deliverable <br />• Facilitate deliverable review meetings <br />Acceptance Criteria: Delivery of the project management plan and clientapproval of the plan. <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1.
