Number: P03 <br />Name: Baseline Project Schedule <br />Stage: 1 - Planning & Discovery <br />I Track: 1 - Project Management <br />Type: Deliverable <br />Description: CherryRoad wil I preparea detailed Project Work Plan that will identify each specific deliverableand <br />milestone in the Schedule of Deliverables as well as intermediatetas ks and deliverables as recess aryfor effective <br />project schedulingand control. This Plan will consistofanMS Project Plan,saved usingthe "save as baseline" <br />option, identifying each of the phases/tasks, milestones, and deliverables associated with each task, estimated <br />duration of each phase/task,and the type and level of participation ofCherryRoadand Citystaff necessaryto <br />achievethe plan objectives, alongwith the associatedtask dependencies. The Work Plan will includespecific <br />responsibiliti esfor both CherryRoad and City staff.The Work Plan will i dentifythe critical path within each Phase. <br />The P03 Baseline Project Schedule is developed in Microsoft Project, and will include the following data <br />elements for each project task: <br />1. Description <br />2. Duration <br />3. % Complete <br />4. Start Date <br />S. End Date <br />6. Assigned Resource(s) <br />7. Baseline Start Date <br />8. Baseline End Date <br />9. Dependency (ifany) <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Baseline Project Schedule deliverable for each project phase, <br />resulting in the following sub-deliverables: <br />• P03.1 Baseline Project Schedule - Phase 1 <br />• P03.2 Baseline Project Schedule - Phase 2 <br />• P03.3 Baseline Project Schedule - Phase 3 <br />Format: Microsoft Project <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Provide input for deliverable <br />• Attend deliverable review meetings <br />• Approve deliverable <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Create deliverable <br />• Facilitate deliverable review meetings <br />• Maintain the project schedule in accordance with the P02 Project Management Plan <br />Acceptance Criteria: Delivery of the project plan and client approval of the plan as a baseline. <br />Deliverable/ Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. The Project Schedule is a livingdocument that will be regularly maintained in accordance with the <br />P02 Project Management Plan deliverable. <br />2. Following the completion of the PO4 Project Scope Document, the project schedule will be updated <br />to include all agreed upon development items including conversions, interfaces, and reports. <br />3. A single baseline schedule will be established following the approval of the P03 Baseline Project <br />Schedule deliverable.
