Number: PO4 <br />Name: Project Scope Document <br />Stage: 2 - Config & Prototypes <br />I Track: 1- Project Management <br />Type: Deliverable <br />Description: A PO4 Project Scope Document deliverable is an MS Word document that lists the application <br />features and development that will be included in the project phase. The PO4 Project Scope Document <br />deliverable is completed following the F03 Gap Resolution deliverable. Following the completion of the <br />deliverable, the project schedule is updated with detail tasks, dates and resources for the completion of the <br />project phase. <br />The PO4 Project Scope Document will listeach of the Oracle. Cloud ERP application and third party functions <br />/ development objects, including conversions, interfaces, and reports/dashboards that will be implemented. <br />The deliverable will categorize the scope of work as follows: <br />1. Application Functions <br />2. Conversions <br />3. Reports/Dashboards <br />4. Interfaces <br />S. Security <br />For each category, the PO4 Project Scope Document will list the specific requirements that will be <br />implemented. The removal of any Requirements listed in Exhibit B from Project Scope will be specifically <br />documentedand whether there is replacement functionality or the Requirement is being dropped. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be Project Scope Document deliverable for each project phase, <br />resulting in the followingsub-deliverables: <br />• PO4.1 Project Scope Document - Phase 1 <br />• PO4.2 Project Scope Document - Phase 2 <br />• PO4.3 Project Scope Document - Phase 3 <br />Format: Microsoft Word <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Provide input for deliverable <br />• Attend deliverable review meetings <br />• Approve deliverable <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible forcompleting the following tasks: <br />• Create deliverable <br />• Facilitate deliverable review meetings <br />Acceptance Criteria: Delivery of the project scope document and client approval of the document. <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. The PO4 Project Scope Document deliverable is completed following the F03 Gap Analysis <br />Document, <br />2.
