Number: POS <br />Name: Test Plan <br />Stage: 2 - Config & Prototypes <br />ITrack: 1- Project Management <br />Type: Deliverable <br />Description: CherryRoad will prepare a Test Plan describing howthe City will preparefor and execute the <br />unit, system, and user acceptance tests. This plan provides a description of the testing approach, the tools and <br />techniques to be used, and a preliminary schedule for the testing effort. The Test Plan will describe in detail, <br />all the requisite steps to complete the City's acceptance testing. The document will also identify the <br />internal and external testing participants and testing environments to be utilized. The Acceptance Test will <br />serve as the City's basis for acceptingthe system and beginningfull production operations. <br />The P05 Test Plan deliverable is an MS Word document that outlines a detailed plan to complete the <br />acceptance test for each project phase. The POS Test Plan will include the following information for <br />the unit, system integration, and user acceptance test cycles: <br />1. Description of the test activity / phase <br />2. Test entrance criteria <br />3. Test environment <br />4. Testing methods and procedures <br />5. Testing script examples <br />6. Test scope <br />7. Test schedule <br />8. Test participants <br />9. Test exit criteria <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Test Plan deliverable for each project phase, resulting in <br />the following sub -deliverables: <br />• P05.1 Test Plan - Phase 1 <br />• P05.2 Test Plan - Phase 2 <br />• P05.3 Test Plan - Phase 3 <br />Format: Microsoft Word <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible For completing the followingtasks: <br />• Provide input fordeliverable <br />• Attend deliverable review meetings <br />• Approve deliverable <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Create deliverable <br />• Facilitate deliverable review meetings <br />Acceptance Criteria: Delivery of the test plan and client acceptance of the plan. <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1.
