The F01 Initial Discovery Questionnaires are the basis for the D01 Release 1 Prepare Prototype 1 <br />Environment, and therefore will be completed by corresponding Redwood City business process <br />subject matter experts in accordance with the project schedule. <br />2. F01 Initial Discovery Questionnaire review sessions will be conducted remotely by CherryRoad <br />project team members. <br />Number: F02 <br />Name: Conduct Prototype 1 <br />Stage: 1 - Planning & Discovery <br />Track: 2 - Functional <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: An initial baseline prototypewi Hbe demonstrated showing functions, features, and capabilities of <br />the Cloud Applications. Areviewof standard configurations, workflows, and delivered capabilities will be <br />demonstrated by Cherry Road functional consultants. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Conduct Prototype 1 milestone for each project phase, <br />resulting in the following sub -deliverables: <br />• F02.1 Conduct Prototype 1- Phase 1 <br />• F02.2 Conduct Prototype 1 - Phase 2 <br />• F02.3 Conduct Prototype 1 - Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the followingtasks: <br />• Attend prototype sessions <br />• Provide feedback in the prototype sessions <br />• Review updated documentation and outcome from the prototype sessions <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Prepare prototype sessions, utilizing the discovery session questionnaires and GFOA workflows as <br />part of background <br />• Conduct CherryRoad lead prototype sessions <br />Acceptance Criteria: The F02 Conduct Prototype 1 milestone is complete for each project phase when the <br />following tasks Have been completed: <br />1. CherryRoad has published agendas for the prototype sessions listing the specific functions, <br />features and capabilities to be included in the prototype sessions. <br />2. CherryRoad has conducted the prototype sessions in accordance with the published agendas <br />3. The following documents will be updated: requirements traceability matrix, fit/gap document, <br />issues log document and design decision document. <br />Deliverable/ Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. F02 Conduct Prototype 1 prototype sessions will provide an initial review of the functions, <br />features, and capabilities of the cloud application. There will be limited City specific configuration <br />and business processes. The City acknowledges the prototype sessions will convey a basic <br />understanding of the system only. <br />2. CherryRoad will provide minutes and definitions discussed and agreed upon in the prototype <br />sessions <br />3.
