Number: F04 <br />I Name: Conduct Prototype 2 <br />Stage: 2 - Config & Prototypes <br />Track: 2 -Functional <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description:. Conduct Prototype will encompass approximately 30% of the requirements and representa <br />midpoi nt prototypewith the purpose offocusing on high priority and complex Redwood City requirements and <br />business processes. Initial City -specific data I oads, chart of accounts and configurations will be utilized. Designated <br />requirements will bedemonstratedshowingfunctions,features, and capabilities of the Cloud Applications. The <br />reviewwill be demonstrated by CherryRoad functional consultants. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Conduct Prototype 2 milestone for each project phase, <br />resulting in the following sub -deliverables: <br />• F04.1 Conduct Prototype 2 - Phase 1 <br />• FLU Conduct Prototype 2 - Phase 2 <br />• FOU Conduct Prototype 2- Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Participate in planning sessions to determine requirements to be included in F04 Conduct <br />Prototype 2 prototype sessions <br />• Attend prototype sessions <br />• Provide feedback in the prototype sessions <br />• Review and Accept deliverables and outcome from the prototype sessions <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Prepare prototype sessions <br />• Conduct CherryRoad lead prototype sessions <br />Acceptance Criteria: The F04 Conduct Prototype 2 milestone is complete for each project phase when the <br />following tasks have been completed: <br />1. CherryRoad has published agendas for the prototype sessions listing the specific functions, <br />features and capabilities to be included in the prototype. <br />2. CherryRoad has conducted the prototype sessions in accordance with the published agendas <br />3. The Conduct Prototype 2 Milestone will serve as the functional unit test of the requirements <br />included in the prototype sessions. <br />Deliverable/ Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. F04 Conduct Prototype 2 prototype sessions will provide an in-depth review of the functions, <br />features, and capabilities of the cloud application to meet the City's high priority and complex <br />requirements and business processes. The City specific configuration and data will be limitedto <br />that which is completed as part of the D03 Release 2 Prepare Prototype 2 Environment milestone. <br />2.
