Number: FOS <br />Name: Conduct Prototype 3 <br />Stage: 2 - Config & Prototypes <br />I Track: 2 - Functional <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: Conduct Prototype will encompass approximately 30% of the requirements and representthe <br />last formal prototype with the purpose of focusing on those Redwood City requirements not revi ewed in theF04 <br />Conduct Prototype 2 prototypes ess ions or deferred to a l ater time. City-specificda to loads, chartof accounts and <br />configurations will be utilized. Designated requirements will be demonstrated s howi ng functions, features, and <br />capabilities of the Cloud Applications. Reports and interfaces that have been completed by the start of the <br />prototypes ess ions will be included to demonstrate resolution to corresponding gaps. Thereviewwillbe <br />demonstrated by CherryRoad functional consultants. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Conduct Prototype 3 milestone for each project phase, <br />resulting in the following sub -deliverables: <br />• FOSA Conduct Prototype 3- Phase 1 <br />• FOS.2 Conduct Prototype 3 - Phase 2 <br />• F05.3 Conduct Prototype 3 - Phase 3 <br />Format: NA <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Participate in planning sessions to determine requirements to be included in FOS Conduct <br />Prototype 3 prototype sessions <br />• Attend prototype sessions <br />• Provide feedback in the prototype sessions <br />• Review and Accept deliverables and outcome from the prototype sessions <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Prepare prototype sessions <br />• Conduct CherryRoad lead prototype sessions <br />Acceptance Criteria: The FOS Conduct Prototype 3 milestone is complete for each project phase when the <br />following tasks have been completed: <br />1. CherryRoad has published agendas for the prototype sessions listing the specific functions, <br />features and capabilities to be included in the prototype sessions. <br />2. CherryRoad has conducted the prototype sessions in accordance with the published agendas <br />3. The Conduct Prototype 3 Milestone will serve as the functional unit test of the requirements <br />included in the prototype sessions. <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. FOS Conduct Prototype 3 prototype sessions will provide an in-depth review of the functions, <br />features, and capabilities of the cloud application to meet the City's requirements and business <br />processes not demonstrated in F04 Conduct Prototype 2 prototype sessions or deferred to a later <br />time.
