Number: F06 <br />Name: Module Configuration Document <br />Stage:2-Config & Prototypes <br />Track: 2- Functional <br />Type: Deliverable <br />Description: The F06 Module Configuration Document marks the completion of Stage 2 - Configuration & <br />Prototypes by documenting the Oracle Cloud Application configuration as agreed upon by the City and <br />CherryRoad prior to the start of the acceptance testing test cycle. The Module Configuration Document will <br />need to be kept up-to-date based on feedback from prototype sessions and other sessions to reflect the as- <br />built module. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Module Configuration Document deliverable for each <br />project phase, resulting in the following sub-deliverables: <br />• F06.1 Module Configuration Document - Phase 1 <br />• F06.2 Module Configuration Document - Phase 2 <br />• F06.3 Module Configuration Document - Phase 3 <br />Format: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Provide input for deliverable <br />• Attend deliverable review sessions <br />• Approve deliverable <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Prepare and deliver Module Configuration Document <br />• Facilitate deliverable review meetings <br />• Maintain keeping the Module Configuration Document up-to-date as changes occur or bugs during <br />testing lead to changes. <br />Acceptance Criteria: The F06 Module Configuration Documents will include the following information for <br />the corresponding project phase: <br />1. Gap Analysis Matrix <br />2. Oracle Cloud Application functions, features, and capabilities being implemented <br />3. Oracle Cloud Application configuration by module and corresponding integrations, where <br />applicable <br />4. Key configuration design decisions <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. The F06 Module Configuration Document represents the Oracle Cloud Application configuration at <br />the end of Stage 2 - Configuration & Prototypes. The City and CherryRoad recognizes that <br />configuration management is an ongoing effort, and the Oracle Cloud Application configuration <br />will be updated during Stage 3 - Testing & Training and Stage 4 - Implementation & Support, after <br />the deliverable itself has been approved by the City.
