EXHIBIT B <br />FEE SCHEDULE: <br />Consultant shall be paid on an hourly basis, with a two (2) hour minimum charge per <br />inspection. The hourly rate of Ninety -Five dollars ($95/hour) shown in the following chart <br />includes labor, reporting (preparation and delivery of testing reports), travel, sampling, <br />sample pick-up, core sampling technical supervision, testing equipment, taxes, <br />insurance and all other incidental charges and all other expenses. There shall be no <br />separate hourly rate or mileage charged for travel time. The following chart reflects an <br />estimate of needed inspections and materials testing that forms the basis of the not -to - <br />exceed dollar amount of this Agreement, and does not impose the maximum number of <br />any particular type of inspection or test. Other hourly charges and rates are specified in <br />the attached Fee Schedule for an "as -needed" basis.
