EXHIBIT A <br />I. Scope of Work <br />Contractor will provide interior cleaning and inspection services for three potable water tanks in <br />Redwood City, California: <br />• Glenloch <br />• Easter Cross <br />• Lakeview <br />Tank Evaluation <br />Contractor shall preform a comprehensive interior and exterior inspection of the tanks. The <br />Contractor shall provide high quality video of all internal surfaces above and below waterline, <br />including the roof, and outside the tank. The video shall be narrated on site. The Contractor <br />shall also provide high quality digital photographs of inside and outside the tank. All equipment <br />and divers shall be properly disinfected prior to each dive. <br />The following items shall be inspected on each tank: <br />• Condition of steel on the interior and exterior (as applicable). <br />• Condition of concrete walls (as applicable). <br />• <br />Corrosion of any exposed materials. <br />• Conditions of tank hatches, vents and other penetrations, as well as screens, overflow <br />systems and covers. <br />• Measurement of bottom sediment depths in at least (4) locations. Sediment shall then be <br />averaged out over the surface of the tank. <br />• Percentage of coating failure and corrosion on all coated surfaces. <br />• Condition of foundation and anchors (as applicable). <br />• Cathodic protection review of all components (as applicable). <br />• Pit and blister analysis. The extent of pitting shall be described by the location and <br />character. <br />• Wall -floor joints for leakage and signs of concrete deterioration. <br />• Roof. <br />• All seams and floors. <br />• Support columns and column to roof area. <br />• Dry Film Thickness (DFT) readings of painted surfaces (roof and wall plates) <br />Tank Cleaning <br />The Contractor shall comply with latest AW WA standards for tank cleaning. <br />Cleaning shall be conducted with the tanks full and bottom sediment shall be removed. <br />Contractor shall provide equipment capable of cleaning and inspecting tanks, which shall consist <br />of, but not limited to, the following: <br />• Two-way diver -to -surface communications. <br />• Complete underwater lighting system. <br />Page 6 of 8 <br />REV: 05-16-19 <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.136/Inland Potable Services, Inc. - Inspection & Cleaning of Water Tanks <br />
