6.J. - Page 25 of 108 <br />ATTACHMENT A — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Contractor shall provide new LED light fixtures, photocell controllers and fixture mounting arms for City <br />street lights to replace certain existing fixture types as per the information specified below. <br />The Contractor shall deliver quality, new LED fixtures, photocell controllers, and fixture mounting arms <br />complete with full 10 -year manufacturer's warranty from the ship date of materials. Each LED fixture <br />type must meet or exceed the general, mechanical, electrical, life, warranty, photometric and <br />performance specifications per Sections 2.0 through 7.0 of Attachment A below. Submitted photocell <br />controllers must have a 20 -year expected life and a 10 -year manufacturer's warranty. Required <br />submittals for each of the six (6) LED fixture types are detailed in Section 7.0 below. <br />Contractor shall provide City with a detailed list of City's existing street light fixtures as specified. This <br />survey shall be completed in advance of City's ordering of fixtures, photocell controllers and fixture <br />mountings.
