6.0. - Page 106 of 179 <br />Strategic Plan <br />SP -05 Overview <br />Strategic Plan Overview <br />The City Redwood City's Year Consolidated Plan for 2018-2022 identifies the community's affordable <br />housing, community development and economic development needs and outlines a coordinated <br />strategy for addressing them. The housing and community needs and market analysis have been <br />analyzed in context with the community input received to develop a strategy to prioritize needs and <br />resources. <br />For purposes of this plan, the financial resources to implement the strategy include the federal CDBG <br />and HOME programs, as well as other federal, state and local programs as they are identified.
