4 don't like their stance on LGBTQ but prefer nobody eat there vs government stepping in
S.. . people's sexual preference belongs in their own privacy not ever In the public eye
5 Should not mix political views with local business regulations.Don't worrywink: It's a terrible location for accessibility. GOOD KARMA WILL PREVAIL
51 totally agree with the Proponents
5 let the community shop there or not and to much government, bad question
S. The business should not be blocked and those who are opposed to this or any other business' policies are Free to choose not to patronize.
5. Freedom of press. Speech freedom. You have a choice not to go there but what right do you have to stop others from their freedom
5 this seems kind of personal this shouldn't even be a subject to vote on if someone doesn't like a business owners views they shouldn't eat there plain and
simple.
5- if you don't agree with someone's stance. Don't support their business. I feel that pink panther coffee exploits women. I do not give them my business.
5-1 am sure owners of businesses all over Redwood City have different beliefs about different issues and it doesn't interfere with the service they provide.
Please don't allow a difference of opinions and beliefs take away from us getting some yummy chicken!!!
5 While I do not like the anti-LGBTQ agenda promoted by the head of this company at all, I do not think one group should impose its standards/beliefs on
others If I belong to a particular religion or political party, I wouldn't expect everyone else tojoin believe in the same way. There may be some who like the
type of food served at Chick-Fil-Athat they may not find elsewhere. Let the free market determine the outcome.
S. Understand they have good chicken. If we are inclusive we should welcome new business and keep the focus off politics.
4 Because of Chick-fil-A's politics, I would not be a customer and give them any of my money. But others should be allowed to decide For themselves.
51 am totally okay with them opening up. People who are against this can decide tojust not go there. We all know that they are a religious company so no
surprise there.
5 sure. Everyone is welcome.
5: strongly agree for several reasons. Any and all businesses, residences, public organizations should not be allowed by law to discriminate in hiring, on serving
the public, on selling any products detrimental to potential customers. Regulations that are fair to everyone and bring a positive climate to the community are
welcome
5 Great idea Chick fil a is a wonderful establishment that will bring jobs and tax dollars to Redwood City. This will be the only location on the peninsula, and
will encourage people from all over to exit at whipple and stop and spend time and money in Redwood City. This will help local business as well. This is a clean,
friendly, high paying employer that has had a positive impact on all communities they have been a part of. Politics should not determine who can operate a
business In Redwood City.
5 Chick-Fil-A is a great company, and I love their food, If you don't like it, don't eat there it's that simple. Open that chick-fil-a!!!
5 They are a private business and as long as they are not violating any laws they should be able to run their business how ever they want
5. It would be a breath of clean air. Redwood City needs to welcome this Franchise. I'm sick of Tacos # 506
5, of course! Why not!
S. Why is this even a thing? Who cares?
5 - as a parent with 3 children, I would love to have quality restaurant with a drive thru in rwc. Welcome chick f a
