With that said, I support LGBTQ rights as I support all human rights, and don't want to in anyway normalize bigotry in our community. Q 3 1 am hesitant to ban a particular compa ny for their political views as there are many companies who may have views that would not be popular but are just not widely known. The site on Whipple is certainly not ideal. The traffic in and out of that lot trying to access a busy Whipple can be heavy. I have watched cars dart out into traff!o and many who turn left on Industrial just to flip an illegal U-turn or drive fast through the residential streets trying to get back on to westbound Whipple. Let them fait on their own... H 3.1 plan to boycott any Chick-fil-A restaurants given the founder's support of an anti-LGBTQ political agenda, but I fear Redwood City denying construction of such a restaurant sets a dangerous precedent. It's all well and good when your local government holds political views in line with your own, but what happens when a government entity holds divergent political views? Q 3 If our leaders don't want socially irresponsible companies operating in the county, wait until they hear about this little startup called Facebook! People should be able to make their own decisions whether to support them. #3 because I personally, don't eat fast food. 3 1 think it is appropriate for the community to exclude especially chain restaurants we don't want, I dont know how I feel about that being done from a political ideological standpoint vs. Community impact
