I'm against discrimination in general and particu larly against institution al <br />discrimination based on prejudices including lifestyle preferences <br />Absolutely opposed !!!! Against what they believe in! <br />1 - if u don't like it don't go there. It's that simple. <br />I won't eat there 2 <br />1 I have nothing wrong with restaurant or business owners having political opinions, but I'd prefer that a more healthy inexpensive food option be located on <br />that site. Chick-fil-A does not have many nutritious meals that don't involve fried chicken. <br />1 I had no idea of the political background of the restaurant! I also couldn't care less, I know members of my family drive across the bay because of the quality! <br />Remind me not to ever vote for this Supervisor in the future! <br />1- We should not be allowing ant!-LGBTQ businesses into our neighborhood. We need to send a message to these kinds of businesses that that kind of <br />prejudice <br />IAlthough restricting the use is based on good intentions,This is a form of censorship and leads to a very slippery slope. In this political climate we need to be <br />very cautious.Let the market dictate the success or failure of this location. <br />1 absolutely agree politics should not be the litmus test for a business operation unless it is proven beyond a doubt it would be detrimental to the community. <br />1 - strongly disagree.... Our community would be sending the wrong message if we allow a corporation that actively pursues <br />funding/supporting anti -gay agenda initiatives to claim our city as their home. <br />1 As a bisexual person who just moved into an apartment building near the site in question, I have no interest patronizing an establishment that funds <br />organizations working to vilify and erase people like me. I go to that McDonald's for my fast food cravings. If it were replaced with a Chick-fil-A, I would not <br />only avoid patronizing the new restaurant, I would actively organize protests outside. Ant!-LGBT+ businesses have a right to operate however they want, but <br />they do not belong in our inclusive neighborhood. <br />1. We should be building an inclusive community, not supporting those who spread hate! <br />11 agree that we need to stand up for the LGBTQ community. <br />1 There are plenty of welcoming, awesome restaurants. However, my heart has to vote against to send a message of support for human rights. <br />1 We are better than this <br />2 - I don't know the city or county policies/rules for permitting though since I do not agree with Chick-fil-A mgmt support of anti-LGBTQ I will not support/go <br />there should it open. <br />1This isn't an issue of a political "litmus test:' It's not just about some CEO spouting distasteful opinions. This is about significant financial support for groups <br />spreading hate. Since they were boycotted their contributions to these groups have been greatly reduced but not eliminated. <br />1. We don't need bigoted companies & their behavior should not be endorsed by allowing them to open & make a profit. RWC needs to say No to Hate. <br />
