requests support from the Port to communicate with any and all tenants, incoming ships, and any other ship <br />moored in the Port area. The Sea Scout vessels must be moved from the Wharf 5 area to ensure the safety of <br />The City's Police Boat and Fire Boat will be in the water to patrol, provide assistance, and communicate <br />with the Coast Guard if necessary. The Fire Boat will provide fire and medical emergency services as <br />necessary. <br />In addition, no shore spectators will be permitted in the industrial area near Wharf #4 and Wharf #5. <br />The City requests that the Port notify all tenants, contractors, and vendors of the firework show and <br />restrictions. The City also requests that an on-site contact from the Port is available to access areas as <br />needed and to assist with the removal of any spectators that may have entered into any restricted area. <br />The City will hire a private security firm (12 guards total) and will coordinate with the Port to prevent <br />spectators from gathering on the Public Fishing Pier and the Public Launch Ramp boarding floats at end of <br />Chesapeake Drive. Only tenants of Redwood Landing Marina will be allowed on the Fishing Pier. Only <br />persons involved with launching or returning recreational boats will be allowed on the Public Launch Ramp <br />boarding floats. <br />Use of the public access area of Seaport Court <br />
