amount of $4,889,068, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary for additional support and services, up to 10% of the <br />agreement amount, not to exceed $5,377,975, for a five-year term. The <br />agreement contains an annual renewal provision after the initial five-year term <br />ranging from $395,514 to $428,117 per year.
