Amendment of Chapter 12 of the Redwood City Code to adopt a Social Host <br />Ordinance for the illegal use of fireworks (705) ORD 2462 <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance of the City of Redwood City <br />Amending Chapter 12 of the Redwood City Code Regarding Fire Prevention to <br />Add an Article III Regarding Fireworks. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K. Second reading (adoption) of an ordinance to add Section 2.27.7 to Chapter 2, <br />Article I "District Elections Ordinance" to the Redwood City Code establishing <br />seven districts for the election of City Councilmembers, establishing the <br />boundaries and the identification number of each district, establishing the <br />election order of each district (307) ORD 2463 <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive the second reading and adopt an ordinance to add Section 2.27.7 to <br />Chapter 2, Article I "District Elections Ordinance" to the Redwood City Code <br />establishing seven districts for the election of City Councilmembers, establishing <br />the boundaries and the identification number of each district, establishing the <br />election order of each district. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />61. Broadway Plaza (1401 Broadway) — mixed use project including 120 -unit <br />affordable project (119 deed -restricted residential units with one manager's <br />unit), 400 market -rate units, 420,000 sq. ft. of office, 26,000 sq. ft. of retail, <br />10,000 sq. ft, of childcare and 1.6 acres of publicly -accessible open space. <br />Proposed actions include adoption of resolutions certifying an Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIR) and approving a Water Supply Assessment, approving an <br />Architectural Permit, Planned Development Permit, Use Permit, Vesting <br />Tentative Map, two State Density Bonus Law concessions and an Affordable <br />Housing Plan, and approving a Recycled Water Service Area Amendment <br />(601) RESO 15768, RESO 15769 (802) RESO 15770 <br />Page 5 of 8 <br />
